Sparrow and Gjallarhorn installed correctly and are sitting in postoffice with requirements not met. Purchased ROI using code that created credit yesterday. Was sitting on "working" yesterday when power outage reset system. Game center shows Destiny "recently installed", not ROI. The option to purchase ROI is gone from the store and MS says the only solution is wait until 9/30. Really Bungie? This needs to get ifxed... XBONE, gamertag xrisb

4 RepliesHi everyone, I live in Italy and yesterday I went to the local GameStop to buy a 30€ card to purchase the new dlc that costs 29€. Redeemed the code and I have the money on my account, checked the store and the preorder wasn't available. Logged on my brother's account and the preorder was avaible for him but the money was on my account so I couldn't purchase it. Today I checked again and the only thing I can buy is the collectors edition with all the old stuff I already have, at the price of 59€. Did I do something wrong? There is no single packed dlc? The preorder is far gone ok, but I want the single dlc! I tried buying it from the Xbox Store on the console, on the Xbox Live site, on Bungie Shop and in game where you can see the trailer, all of this without a result. Can anyone help me? Sorry for probably bad English.

Like many who have posted, I purchase Destiny: Rise of Iron add on through Gamestop for $33 dollars. The codes for the Sparrow and Gjallarhorn work fine, but my account was credited $33 dollars instead of the add-on downloading. It would be greatly appreciated if something could be done because the only way to get Rise of Iron currently is through purchase of the bundle on the Xbox store.

I bought rise of iron but when i get into the game it says i havent got it so i try to re install it but it just says i havent got it. Ive contacted microsoft but they cant do anything. I cant buy rise of iron on its own it has to be in a bundle. Please respond if you know how to fix this. Thank you

3 RepliesI pre ordered Destiny rise of iron and when I went to go play it, it says I don't have the content so I go to manage game and it says rise of iron is downloaded and pre order bonuses are downloaded, so I try and uninstall it and reinstall, and now it's not even showing up to reinstall it, it says I have to buy it against. My GT is Mystic Remnant Please fix this issue

Shortly after the whole game disappeared and left me with the trial version. Store is still indicating "Already purchased" but when trying to download I'm supposed to make a purchase again. Microsoft isn't refunding because the game as mentioned doesn't appear in my purchase history. Kind of preferred not being able to play over having paid 40 EUR for nothing. And Microsoft sent me here, I still think the problem is at there end. Still /current status.

I still can't buy the expansion, despite having all the previous content. This is infuriating. Microsoft support have been useless. I'm not paying £50 for all the content I already paid for! I guess I missed out on the pre-order bonuses because of this error too. Any plans to address these problems?

Does this work since RoI just released? I pre-ordered RoI yesterday and says I don't have TTK, even though I do but Whatever! I'll just download this, but it just says working and doesn't do anything else. So can you not buy the upgrade now? Just let me know so I can figure something else out, all I want to do is give you guys money so I can play

The Collection Upgrade isn't available under my profile. I have already purchased The Taken King and I have credits from pre-ordering Rise of Iron. I am unable to download (Query Fails) in game, either.

I preordered ROI from GameStop and redeemed a code for $30 .the preorder the saprrow and gjallarhrn code worked. When I try to purchase the Rise of Iron add-on on the Xbox Store .all i see the Destiny Collection for 60$. my code give 30$ and i just need Rise of Iron. i try the uninstall /install and the unplug 5 min/ i check internet it good. i open destiny and press A on the Rise of Iron icon go to purchase a pop up message come up it says (QUERY FAILED COULD NOT ESTABLISH CONNECTION TO THE XBOX GAMES STORE. NEW SILVER PURCHASES WILL UPDATE WHEN YO NEXT SIGN IN ) after press B to dismiss the Rise of Iron icon says (REQUIREMENTS NOT MET) next i open the menu go to progress. press Y on the Rise of Iron record books press A to unlock and same message will pop up again.

I got the Pre-Order code and got $30 but not the DLC and when I went to buy said pre-order DLC it only lets me buy the Collection edition for $60 and nothing else. Gamertag: Ireitab
