1 ReplyDoes anyone in Bungie or Microsoft have any idea when the STAND ALONE Rise of Iron DLC will be available for purchase on the XBOX One? I have all of the content up to The Taken King. I refuse to spend $60 for the collection as I already have the majority of the content. It is ridiculous that this is still an issue. My patience has grown short, as I am sure everyone else's has. Please get this resolved A.S.A.P.

1 ReplyI own taken king on disk and do not have the option to buy rise of iron by itself...keeps pointing me to the collection for $59.99...but I should not be paying $59.99 if I already paid for taken King...please respond and fix ASAP...thank you.

The description reads that this package contains vanilla and all expansions, yet it does not allow me to buy it because i do not have taken king. What is the truth? You are selling ONLY the rise of iron in the Collection Upgrade or you are selling everything including rise of iron? Even back in primitive 80s, i have never had such frustrations as with your company today when i was doing purchases. Everything was crystal clear, what you bought and what you owned....

1 ReplyI still can't buy the upgrade I'm a Legacy owner of TTK Collector's edition, and yet I can't purchase the Collection upgrade for xbox one. The purchase button is nowhere to be seen on the xbox store, and on the microsoft store it shows unavailable. I've attempted three times to resolve this issue with microsoft tech support to no avail. Everytime I've had to explain this whole confusing mess to them and they always say that there is nothing they can do and that they'll "let bungie know", or "this is a known issue that we are working on." To declare that this problem is fixed is just not true.

Still a problem on Xbox one. Query fails from destiny, and now the option to buy rise of iron doesn't even show up as a separate dlc. Only the bundle is available now.

Still can't buy the upgrade on the Xbox store and on the online store, it always says "failed to process payment" it only happens with destiny I can buy other stuff without a problem but I can't purchase the upgrade, help

The Collection Upgrade is still not available for me on the XB1 Marketplace despite only owning Vanilla 360 Destiny.

So its September 30....where is the rise of iron stand alone game on Xbox store...this is ridiculous, my son wants to play, paid for the pre-order upgrade and he still cannot play unless I buy the $60 collection which he has....get with it please.

Everybody who can not buy Rise Of Iron and gets the error query failed can't connect to the Xbox game store or Play station store. To resolve this issue you must own the Taken King. Second you must go onto the account that purchased the Taken King, because that account has the licences needed to validate that the player has the Taken King. Hope that this will resolve your issue that is preventing you from purchasing the Rise Of Iron.

I pre-ordered Rise of Iron, and haven't been able to purchase it, I've tried every way I can think of but to no avail. I'm just sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for you to fix this. Figuratively. Thanks in advance.

However the following needs to be investigated and addressed. 1) The Kvostov quest is glitching on my hunter. I have fulfilled all the requirements and killed the servitor 4 times but not got the blueprint. It however worked on my Titan who fulfilled the quest. 2) My Warlock Got the Raid quest as has my hunter. My Titan who has completed all the strikes, has not yet got the quest. 3) The loot items that you get from some enemies, to turn in at the Criptach, sometimes does not give you all the glimmer for the items especially if you have 4 or more ofan item. A few times I have had large quantitys of house banners or network keys and clicking on them to exchange them for glimmer takes them all at once, instead of one at a time, and gives glimmer for only one 4) Can you please confirm that the Siva Fragment are per character and not per account? Each of my character's has had to pick up his own siva frags so far. 5) New Monarchy Exotic Item quest not working. This is my second exotic item quest on hunter. The first one on the warlock , and titan two worked fine, as well as the first one on the Hunter all worked fine. 6) Sepiks perfected strike is taking me to the old level 8 Sepiks Prime strike on Hunter 7) Have a purple triangle in my director . Have tried the work around and no joy I would like if you can just give me a answer. please. Thank You

The problem isn't with buying the Collection, it's with buying Rise of Iron by itself. I've already had to buy the main Destiny game 3 times for the same console, I'm not doing it again.

Checked in xbox store and says unavailable.

2 RepliesPurchased pre-order through Gamestop, entered dlc and rather than getting the game got a $30 credit on xbox account. Now I can't purchase the game through Xbox. Nothing works...FRUSTRATED! Would think the ability to purchase the game would be something game developer's would find important.

I never got mine after I bought the complete collection set. It's been a few weeks and all I got was shaders. None of the artifacts loaded at all.

As someone who pre-ordered Bungie this is where me and my friends are drawing the line. I'm glad we got $30 codes in stead of the actual game as these companies are unreliable and unprofessional.
