So with the new Bungie stream we received a wealth of new information about rise of iron. One of those things being ornaments. Ornaments can be used on exotics to change the color scheme of the weapon. This gave me the idea of year one ornaments. They would give exotics that were brought into year two the same look that they had in year one while still retaining their year two status. Example: a year two suros regime ornament that would switch the color scheme and thumbnail back to its year one look. Example 2: you miss your year one gjallahorn and you want to change it back to its original look because the iron gjallahorn just doesn't have the same year one feel. I think this would be a great addition for year two players who want to see the original looks of exotics and it would be a great addition for year one players who are nostalgic.
