I doubt bungie will do anything. It's hard to tell if someone really stole your clan or you are the one trying to hijack it. Like everyone else said just start a new one. Thats what my old guild had to do in Final Fantasy XI when someone was made an officer we all could not stand and the founder just up and disappeared. We had to make a new one and recruit the old members into it leaving the one guy trying to jerk everyone around by himself. Its just a name, its the people that counts.
