It's so confusing when someone joins a fireteam with a female character and ends up being a dude (*cue Aerosmith*).
Do they all just want the D? But seriously, can any guys who do this shed some light on.. why?
I feel like someone pulled an Oprah, "You get a female warlock, and YOU get a female warlock! Everyone gets female warlocks!"
Edit: Jesus H. Christopher, I'm curious. I've noticed this quite often since I started playing, and I can't answer this question for myself, so I wanted some insight. inb4more "why do you even caaaaare?!!1!?!?"
Edit again: holy -blam!-, I'm a girl. Hence why I don't have insight to why this happens.
Edit, take three: thanks to everyone who gave a legitimate answer! I appreciate the insight :-)

It's not because of "dat ass" (though it can be nicer than bulky dude ass), or because of softies or whatever, and it's not meant to confuse or weird out. It's just fun sometimes to play a badass woman. My friend plays women most of the time in games, especially single player ones, cause he likes making that person and building it up both in game and as a character. It may look weird if you don't play as female chars as a guy, but when you try to start evaluating why they do you've already put more thought into it than them most likely
