Is using a no trigger controller considered cheating?

It's what i do Idunno i'am just not a big fan of triggers, it's the main reason why i never bought a ps4 controller....Yet ,even though it will benefit me so much But i'm just not comfortable with them it feels like i have to push it all the way for it to register like my inputs are delayed or something and it's just annoying in fighting games or even fps like destiny for that matter

  • No. The standard mapping for PlayStation is L1/R1 for ads and fire using fps games as examples

    • Simple solutions: 1. I believe you can change the triggers (R2/L2) to the bumpers (R1/L1) if you're on PS or 2. Get a controller with trigger stops, so it stops you pressing the trigger down the full way to be able to shoot/aim

      • No. I could remap my Xbox controller so that RT is on a face button (ABXY). On the Elite controller, you can set the triggers to "hair lock" so they physically stop way earlier. With the basic remapping program, I believe you can set what degree the triggers register at. It may be exclusive to the Elite's software but I'm not sure, I haven't done much basic controller (rather than Elite) remapping.
