I'm pretty sure there's more to the story then that.
Ninja's don't ban for that reason. Nor does any moderator I know. Facts being misrepresented? Maybe. Being banned till september because the ninja's don't like the shade of pink in your eyes? Well... that's justifiable too, but that's not the point...

I only responded at the level the person messaging me was, and he was the one trying to hide his debate in the pm. No warning, just bam, banned. It was within moments of me replying too, and I haven't had a debate in the pm's in a year. That means he sent his salt at me, didn't like my response, reported my message, and a ninja banned it all in the space of 30 seconds. Does that sound like something that should be decided that quickly?

How much you want to bet it was either a friend of one of the Ninjas or a Ninja using a fake forum tag but also logged in on their Ninja account at the same time, then once they Knew they lost the so called PM debate they just simply Banned you for it because of massive Butthurt that wouldn't be surprising at all actually.
