Define cheating? Because in today's consoles, it is damn near impossible to cheat with them. And if they do they are usually immediately banned.
So, are you just dying because the other guys are better than you, or are they actually cheating. Because I am going with the former.

there is a thing called a cronusmax where you can put in macros to remove recoil on gun, and tune up aim assist. Which is a form a cheating, also people manipulating their upload speed to make them laggy is also cheating. Im not saying this is the case for this guy, a lot of times people just get outgunned or played and the immature part of the person will not want to admit that they just lost a gun fight and blame it on cheating. Sometimes its also lag and latency which makes things look like it should of not happened by lag made it look worse that it actually is
