After Rise of Iron drops, at the end of every strike is a chest, that can be opened with a skeleton key. Every time you open it, it's guaranteed to give you the strike specific loot like Taniks Cloak or the Stolen Will shotgun, at your/slightly above your light level. THAT"S WHAT I MEAN.
