I was thinking how not many Exotic Snipers are really useful vs other ones, so I was thinking what would attract a competitive scene while being not too broken. Thought a Reticle unseen by opponents would be forgiving for players that are hard scoping but would need a downside. Then I thought of what COD players do Settle Brag: Exotic Void Sniper Rifle "We have a better deatiny" Oryx and COD players Obscure Sightline: Glare is invisible to opponents while crouching for a duration. Smooth, CQB, Smart Drift Take a Knee Reinforced Barrel, Quickdraw, Rifled Barrel Crows Nest: Increased Stealth while crouching. The zoom will probably be Eagle Eye or ATA Scout. The whole point of the gun is that crouching is really beneficial like Hip Firing should be on the Last Word. Don't remember where the quote was from specifically but he said it before he was Oryx. Though it was funny so I added it. Maybe help decide the duration or whether or not there should be one on how long the Reticle doesn't glare.
