I think the sandbox team is careful when it comes to snipers. Changing too much about snipers can ruin them in general.

You are 100% correct, but, that same Sandbox that created Damage over Time, dumbed it down for causing Damage over Time. I don't give them 2 sh1ts credibility in a manure farm!
