hello. i have tried to buy de upgrade from my xbox one and from my computer. and it does not apear to buy . i have all the upgrades on de xbox 360 until the taken king. and on the package to buy on the xbox live store from my xbox it doest show me the price and the opcion to buy. the strange thing is when i go to the profile from my gf on the same xbox she can buy the upgrade . she also have al the upgrades until the taken king. but whit only one diference : she also have buy the taken king on the xbox one. so its like to buy the upgrade fron the 360 to xbox one you also need to have everything on the xbox one?? i have no idea how to solf this i have calld microsoft and the say everything is ok whit my account. so why can i buy it from the other accound and not from mine. i also askt some friends to see if they can buy it and they have no problems to buy. here is the link from what i try to buy from the online store and the image up is like how i see it on the xbox one and on the pc. i hope somene can holp me i dont wand to pay 10€ more for a problem thats not mine. https://www.microsoft.com/es-es/store/p/destiny-la-coleccion-ampliacion/c05zh0czcmfj Bueno en español. He intentado comprar el pack en la tienda desde la xbox one de upgrade de destiny que te pide tener todas las expansiones en la 360 hasta el rey de los poseidos. y asi tener la edicion completa para xbox one. pero me sale desmarcado y pone proximamente. bueno he abierto en la misma consola el perfil de la novia y en su perfil si que le deja comprarlo. estamos en la misma region misma direccion de facturacion incluso se paga desde la misma cuenta. ella tambien tiene todas las actualizaciones para la 360 . solo con una diferencia que tambien tiene la actualizacion rey de los poseidos en la xbox one. es como si no te deja comprar el upgrade de 360 a xbox one si no tienes el rey de los poseidos comprado en xbox one que es un claro fallo ya que es un pack para pasar de 360 a one y des esta manera no tiene sentido comprarlo. necesito ayuda ya que no quiero pagar 20€ de la expansion rey de lo poseidos + 30 del señores de hierro. ..
