Rise of iron banner will be supremacy so it will be hard to say if the same bounties will count towards the rank :p also new ib bounties will be claimed from new social area the felwinters peak

I would thinks most of the dailies would work but I suspect they may reset them so you don't have people with instant rank 3 -5 when they release it. Problem is I don't need anything on my characters so I just stocked bounties in and completed them.
