Fallout 4 SPECIAL builds
One punch man build.
Anybody got any good builds for starting a new character in fallout 4?
I am a boring kind of person and make all special points equal in the beginning lol
4 strength
4 perception
4 endurance
4 charisma
4 intellect
4 agility
4 luck

Uninstall your patches and DLC, play the vanilla game, start a fresh character, reach Sanctuary, do the [i]I'm S.P.E.C.I.A.L.[/i] exploit before anything else. Now, you can either patch your game and start playing or go hunt down every bobblehead. I recommend getting the bobbles out of the way so when you start playing seriously, you'll have every perk available to you and eleven points in each stat. It helps tremendously.

5 RepliesI have 10 strength with max pain train, and rooted i dont have dlc, but i run them over with pain train then use a super sledge. Its insane, i can take down some really strong enemies in one or two power swings.

10 charisma. It's all you need to be rolling in caps within an hour.
