Xbox 360 to Xbox One account transfer gone bad
So on August 16 I went on my xbox one coz I heard I can transfer my account on there. It was already on there but it still told me to. So I did everything and then turned my console off when I finished. I went to play on my 360 and everything was fine until I went on my xbox one yesterday and everything I earned from me transferring my account to then was not there. So I ask the destiny community, have I genuinely messed up or can I still fix it?

What AggressiveBacon mentioned is correct. When you complete the Account Transfer, you're splitting your Destiny Progress into two separate files, Legacy and Current. When you accepted the Account Transfer, it mentioned [url=http://i.imgur.com/9JREEhK.jpg]"Progress will no longer be shared between the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One"[/url] The reason that the progress is split is because Rise of Iron is on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 only. Legacy Consoles do not have access to this expansion and are being left behind. If this split did not occur, the stats on the legacy consoles would be messed up as they'd be able to sport all of these Rise of Iron weapons and gear which they don't actually have access to on that console. If you could transfer items from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, that would mess up your inventory on the Xbox One. So when you logged on your Xbox 360 after the 16th, everything you did on that console will not transfer to the Xbox One, which is what you saw when you logged onto your Xbox one yesterday. 1 ReplyThat's what the account transfer does, from now on, if you want stuff on the 360, play on the 360, but it won't be on the One, and vice versa.
