Whats the incentive to try in iron banner if the lowest score on the team gets all the drops?

Ummm.... You get a drop every 4-6 games guaranteed. Unless of course you can prove to me otherwise.

The drops are randomly distributed. You notice the lowest getting good drops more than the top getting good drops, so your brain assigns more value to these scenarios. They don't happen more often. It is a perceptual bias.

Had a match yesterday where I ended up with a 6/4 result and bottom of the pile. I was like wtf? When I looked at the assists, I had way more than anybody else by far and had the same number of K/D + KA/D as first place, so yes, I deserved my 335 drop for making others look good. Pity it was a cr4p SG again

We the top players on most matches get nothing because...we already have it all? I don't know but yeah went on a crazy kill streak - nothing, sucked and got owned - drops me a ships...welcome to RNG

while not true, on my side I need to put a nice effort to get drops, keep KD high but not too high since you have no drop at very high KD, other option just hope bungie puts you in matches with elite players where your KD is so bad you always get drops :-)

So you can just buy the God rolls they sell faster, and getting 75 marks faster as a result of getting the Bounties done faster. Winning more so you don't have to play Iron BANANA clash.

Weekly bounties for 25 marks. Doesn't do any good is you have max marks, but if you're like me, you'll save em and pop em for RoI

Agreed we need a reward that rewards actual play and not rng rubbish.

It's not at all consistent. I've seen the lowest players get good drops as well as the highest players and everyone in the middle.

He doesn't. Unless they broke it this month, it's fairly uniform + random. I get stuff whether the top / middle / bottom every x matches or so.
