We technically run it, but the spawn of Oryx are still abundant on it and it is still a hive throne world. Since we didn't assume the mantle of taken king after defeating Oryx it is a power vacuum currently.

What is the meaning of the question? The Crucible has a presence in it now.. The Vanguard will study the thing as it does with a lot of sites while letting the Crucible safe keep them ( like the Anomaly ) The whole thing is useless anyway.
