Glass Needles. Xur sells them, but...
... what do they do?
How do you use them?
Are they worth the currency to acquire?
I'm only a week into the game after a 1.5+ year hiatus, so I'm still trying to figure a lot of the TTK changes out.
So I saw these on Xur, and I was wondering what the deal is with these Glass Needles.
Help/explanations are appreciated.

Edited by o0o ANTH0NY o0o: 8/19/2016 7:32:34 PMGlass needles are used to re-roll exotic armor stats....but not exotic perks. For instance you have a Saint 14 helm as a defender. It came with discipline and strength, but you want Intel and discipline. Use a glass needle or 27 to get the stats you want. It will also change perks such as increased armor while using an arc subclass......
