Destiny the collection Upgrade - Where is level 40 character boost?
Today I purchased Destiny the Collection upgrade on Xbox live. In the contents it says you will receive a level 40 character boost. However, I have not received this even though I have installed and reinstalled the game. I already owned Destiny the taken king deluxe edition from Xbox live before this purchase. Please help me get the character boost I should have!

I just verified on my game that the postmaster in The Tower has both level boosts.

It is in one of your characters inventorys

You must visit the Postmaster after you complete the intro level. There will be a level 25 booster and a level 40 booster waiting in there for you.

1 ReplyFor anyone still missing their level 40. I was messing around trying to figure out why I didn't see my spark of light anymore. I had already leveled up 1 character all the way and thought I might of deleted it so I was going through my vault and added the heavy telemetry to my new character and guess what popped up behind it, yep you guessed it, my spark of light. I just added the telemetry and spark of light came up in its place. So I added the spark and used it. Now I have 2 characters at 40. Woohoo.

I just got the destiny collection and received all of the add on unlocks and games but I did not receive the level 40 character boost. And quite frankly that is one of the best benefits about buying this particular EXPENSIVE item. The bundle would not be worth it with out the level 40 character boost and if you could explain why this is happening not just to me but to multiple others. Lastly it would be appreciated of you if you could share share the information of how to fix this because it is not fair for us to buy something that has false advertising.

I just purchased The Collection so I could progress beyond Level 34 in order to use some of the Legendary equipment I have (that can only be used at level 40). Roll on Level 40 boost that comes with The Collection... Why am I now still level 34? Where is the boost? Why are so many others having the same issue? Does Bungie even care? They have my money now so I suppose not. Is there actually any way of using my Legendary items? I was really enjoying Destiny, but now I'm just frustrated. Destiny 2 anyone? I don't think I'll bother. Call of Duty can be my new go to game.

Post master doesn't have my boost at all either. It's 9/20

14 RepliesOn the Sony store it states that the new Gally and the lvl 40 boost will be given on 9.20.2016, the XBox store they forget to add that tidbit of info.
