Blue primary engrams always low???
My LL is 317, and when I decrypt blue primary engrams, they're ALWAYS below 300, even though all my weapons are at 320. This rarely happens w/ secondary or heavies, armor, marks, ghosts, etc. Am I doing something wrong?

2 RepliesRare engrams are capped at 310 iirc. If you need infusion fuel, better level up the factions
