TBH I kind of expect this to be a game issue or a flow of the data from the game into the PGCRs, not necessarily an API issue. I wouldn't be surprised to find out the game doesn't report the individual rounds to the game servers until a few seconds after the round ends, but does all the "important" stuff immediately (win/loss for the passage itself). And since so many people exit the game within a couple seconds of the game ending and wins/losses recorded, I wouldn't be surprised to find out they're doing it before that last bit of data makes its way to the game servers. Or I could be completely wrong :)
