New Matchmaking Settings Applied to More Playlists
Today we applied the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/44932/7_New-Matchmaking-Settings---07062016-]recent changes[/url] we made to Matchmaking settings in Control to all other playlists except Trials of Osiris - which uses different Matchmaking settings that are specific to that event. These settings will also be applied to the next Iron Banner. Play some games and leave your feedback below.

And does he have 1 red bar, because everybody else is playing on his connection? This would mean that some people on this forum were right a long time ago. When they said that the host with the best ping is picked.........many times with a much too low bandwidth for the other players, to play on. Or am i wrong?

When will those setting be applied to Trials Of Osiris, also? Haven't been to The Lighthouse in months....just because of latency/ delay, bullets not being registered....and 1 Red/ 2 Yellow Bar Players. The first couple of matches we always get Green Bar Players....then it's mostly a fair match. But after 3-5 wins we always get red/ yellow bar, skating, zig-zagging, teleporting, flickering, dissapearing "TOP" players against us.

Also, matchmaking is something I would like to have on every activity because I'm always with "real-life" friends in a party chat and I don't have regular destiny players in my "real-friend list". I know that sometimes there is some "ways" to progress through a raid or a boss wich a first-timer would need to get explained before begining the mission. This can easily be achieved or resolved by a message or a party chat invite with the "noob" only having to listen and understand what to do. There are some people who aren't "light level qualified" to do the mission and they only wish to get carried around. That's a problem, because there are some barely " light level qualified " players who are good gamers and would be of enough help and be useful but they get refused and kicked out of groups because of those other "bad" gamers. Anyway, when I game, I often see disrespectful people and this is a glimpse at their state of mind, wich often poisons the experience of respectful people. Personally, I'm about 301 to 308 level of light with a hunter, a titan and a warlcok at disposition and I only completed crota's end twice with people who aren't in my list anymore or don't play destiny no more. It would be such an improvement if we could use a matchmaking in the endgame activities.... I know there are some well-skilled players in this position who are just lone wolves and who would like that too !

Why is it every single -blam!-ing match I'm against the gods of destiny? I used to have fun playing this game. Now I'm thinking about deleting my account to start over so sbmm doesn't know shit. I'm not that good that i should be playing these kinds of kids. I'm a 1.2 kd player ffs. This is so aggravating

Why am I playing heaps of games with uneven teams. There are plenty of 4v5's or 5v6's. And this isn't because people leave, the game is starting matches with only 9 or 11 players. Or it will be 4v4 and the game adds a player to a team and makes it unfair.
