It definitely would limit weapon variety, who wouldn't use an elemental primary in PvE? But they could easily bring the elemental primaries back and allow the player to dismantle the weapon and give the burn to another primary, that way you still have to do the raid to get the burn, but weapon variety isn't limited. [spoiler]Edit: Flawless trials weapons would also have burns, so PvP players aren't left out. They too can be dismantled to give burns to another weapon.[/spoiler]
