I think that there should be a special exotic consumable called [b]Globe of Power[/b] which has a 15% chance to drop in Hard Mode of raids only (E.Ps are non important to PvP). Using it would apply a random element to any equipped Legendary Primary that is Kinetic. Not having a weapon that doesn't work would not allow consuption. This prevents a massive influx of E.Ps and keeps it random.
