They should bring them back and nerf them, elemental primary's do bonus damage to shields of the element, but less damage to other shields, therefore kinetic would be consistent and u would have a reason to use kinetic over elemental, and it would be all there is, also u should be able to get an element charge giving a kinetic weapon a n element, u can purchase these from Xur, or maybe get them from nightfall rewards, kackisHD has a video on it check it out
