3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 2 hours: 30 minute jog, 40 minutes calisthenics, 50 minutes of top or bottom half body workout, alternating each time Music that makes me feel hyped up To stay hot n fit Mostly strict diet, but I'll eat junk every now and then
