Fusion Rifle Perks?
What is a god roll for fusion rifles and other top perks? Have a vacancy and hitchhiker and I am not sure about the rolls.

hot swap is far and away the best perk you can have on a fusion rifle, AA on snipers is a small taste of hotswap. #nevershootwithoutswapup
