Zhalo worth the 23 coins?

It takes a decade to kill anything it's actually quite poor an needs a buff

I like it, but quit using it. I am trying to get away from using exotic weapons, because you can only equip one at a time and it gets to be a pain switching from exotic to exotic.

It's great for: * Arc burn missions. * Anything with arc shields. * Mobs of enemies that are close together due to chaining kills. * If you want to have a 3-weapon loadout that can melt every kind of shield. * If you like a relatively fast-shooting autorifle. It's not that great for: * Fighting at a distance. If you're maining a shottie and a sword, you might have trouble with far-off enemies.

Yes buy it. It is great for both pve, due to arc damage, as well as pvp, because you can damage multiple enemies with it.

I recommend it, I haven't used it too much because I like my Zarinea-D for pve but zhalo is a very good aoe weapon because of chain lightning... Oh and it's an elemental primary...

Not to mention but the zhalo supercell is the best when using the nightstalker subclass because as you chain lightning to all the enemies that are tethered there are orbs everywhere for your team to pick up.

I've been using it for a looooooong time so I'd say it's quite worth it However, [I]just a pre warning[/I], play with the perks when you level it up because I had it perked wrong forever but now it's flawless

Yeah, without a doubt. It's good in general, but when arc burn is active, it'll tear through enemies like nothing else. Definitely pick it up!

If you don't have it then get it 23coins is nothing. It is great for PvE and I see people do well with it on crucible. Primary elemental is always good

Buy it. You won't regret it, especially when an activity is Arc Burn. In PVP it is a decent enough gun in medium range, and if you get lucky the chain lightning can save you or earn an extra kill. Don't rely on it though, just flow with it like lightning. You will regret not purchasing it, I guarantee it. Since it is the only elemental primary of Year 2 that makes it all the much more valuable.

Get it. It's the only Y2 primary that has Y1 qualities. Unlike Boolean, jade rabbit, Zen, hereafter and several other exotics, the zhalo is actually better than whatever legendary weapon you are using and feels worth the exotic slot.
