Restricted from Crucible because of 'Network Interference'

I have currently been playing Trials of Osiris with a team of three for weeks now, nothing has gone wrong, then until Bungie decides to Restrict me from all Crucible matches including my gear because Apparently I was 'Network Interfering' in Crucible. Bungie, the only network interference I had multiple times was when I was in Trials of Osiris, if I was interfering on networks wouldn't Microsoft do something? I mean it is pathetic. If you want to know what happened in Trials of Osiris here it is: Was playing in a game of Trials and me and my team kept on lagging, opposite team members kept on disconnecting and blaming us for their disconnection from the game. Throughout the lag me and my team thought it was just your servers but after a day or two me and my team got Restricted from Crucible, we are all confused and would like you to resolve this.

 • Bungie does not disclose details or overturn Bans or Restrictions. If you are "Restricted" it is temporary. If you are "Banned" it is permanent. You can find all the details on Bans and Restrictions at their OFFICIAL POLICY ARTICLE

 • You weren't lagging to the servers. Well, shouldn't have been. The players host the content and try to synch directly to each other. The key word there being "try". If someone's network is not configured properly, than that person doesn't get those direct streams from the other players. In order for the game to keep up with everyone at that point, that player has to wait to synchronize data in the background via the Bungie databases....which can be considerably delayed depending on everyone's latency to those servers. Soo... you should have been lagging to the players, or they were lagging to you. Either way, they likely saw red bars by your name and reported you for it. Everyone needs to make sure they are configured properly for this game's peer-to-peer model. Until everyone is properly configured, we will continue to run the risk of problems cropping up. It means having specific ports open and forwarded to your console. The easiest way to do it is to properly enable UPnP on your router and console (if the option is in the console's network settings). There are guides in the help section that can walk people through making sure it is setup properly (search on network and should get hits for it). After that, it basically falls to our ISP's to make sure we have reliable, responsive routes across the internet. If you have confirmed proper network setup, then it is likely time to pull in your ISP's tier3 team to conduct a proper investigation. They will need to monitor your data while you are playing and experiencing problems to <hopefully> capture the exceptions and file for any needed escalation.
