Don't nerf the used exotics, buff the unused ones
I see people with Midas and last words mostly because they actually could kill. But bungie should now buff the other exotics so they will be used more. Give mid rate of fire autos a buff so Monte Carlo hard light and Fabian will be used more. Buff Fabian strategy in my opinion it's the most underrated gun in destiny. I'm not sure of the no time to explain though. Make the chaperone have more range. Actually I think they should Nerf universal remote. Give lord of wolves some more stability. Give hereafter a exotic perk buff. Well if you care about dregs potato, then increase the rate of fire. Dragons breath I think would like some more blast radius. Super good advice many like some stability. And thunderlord give it something. Oh I forgot boolean gemini. Give it a exotic perk buff. And SUROS regime, give it more damage
You may not be with me on what I said. Maybe they do need a nerf. But I just want to see all the exotics used, not ones better than the other.

You see if you unnerf auto rifles then you may as well play COD the main issue i think is that exotics are more collectors items than game play. I play and grind(god how we all grind) but exotic does not mean the best thats where legendry come into it. There legendry for a reason

3 RepliesI agree so much with this post it just makes sense because if one weapon is over powered (MIDA) then just buff previous good weapons like doctorain of passing or other auto rifles like Monte Carlo because auto rifles were honestly nerfed to the ground you barely see them so why not buff them to previous glory? I'm sure plenty of people would love to see the SUROS back and killing again they need to make auto rifles relevant again

8 RepliesThe only issue with this is the following: Snipers or shotguns, everyone seems to hate one or the other. Mostly because they can one hit kill "with ease", and there's "no way to stop them", and blah blah blah. Everyone uses shotguns or everyone uses snipers, and something has to be done. So instead of nerfs, we buff EVERYTHING that isn't a shotgun or a sniper to allow people to compete with it. Now every weapon in the game one hit kills a player with a time to kill equal to the shotgun or the sniper. Suddenly the Crucible becomes an environment flooded with all manner of OP weapons, and whoever shoots first will win the gunfight every time. All manner of counterplay gets flushed down the toilet as every gunfight takes exactly one trigger pull to accomplish. Does that sound like fun?

I see where your coming from but I'm not sure I completely agree some guns won't just benefit from just more blast radius,or more stability the guns need that plus a damage increase other wise your not fixing a weapon your just experimenting.

3 RepliesWhat's funny is that Fabian Strategy has just been off in a corner because it sucks while Tlaloc and Ace of Spades are actually decent, so if we buff lesser used guns, start here.

NTTE only needs Rewind as intrinsic perk. The combination of Rewind and Rewind Again would make it the most neutral-game balanced weapon in the game bar none.

i don't think UR would need to be nerfed if other guns are buffed, the only problem with it at them moment is that most guns take half a century to kill someone so a UR user can just run at them from a mile away, if things get buffed then it will be harder to use unless you get the drop on people

2 RepliesI love the hereafter exotic perk :) I love the gun as a whole :D It combines my two favorite sniper perks (Private eye and unflinching), Adds on my third favorite sniper, perfectionist, and finally gives me my favorite grenade with practically infinite range and NO cooldown time!

2 RepliesThat's too much work for Bungie. They want everything to be on an equal playing field. It is MUCH easier for them to nerf the few competitive viable guns into oblivion than it would be to buff bad guns into being good. You have to think like them. Let's pretend only 15% of weapons are good. It's easier to nerf that 15% than to buff the 85%. Like I said, less work and they know us hardcore players will keep playing no matter what.
