Edit: This battle isn't about the most developed character, its about who is the most badass and who would win in a fight. Doom Guy purposefully is not a developed character. Master Chief is, so it doesn't really make sense to compare that

2 RepliesDoom guy will obviously win Doom guy killed pretty much everything in hell leaving everything he didn't get the chance to kill terrified to such an extent that they had to bring down a cathedral on his head so they could then put him in a solid stone sarcophagus for god knows how long until one day he got out. And he killed pretty much everything in hell for the second time.
