I have a screenshot of her in my post. She has a Cryptarch rank symbol next to her.
I can't see it in much detail since I'm at with, so you'll have to compare. But she does sell a similar set of legendary engrams like the others.
And she's awoken. Like the others. Lol

She has a very similar crest as Rahool, so i speculated it, but I'm not one to call confirmed.
