Thorn isn't really that great anymore. The DoT is minimal, might as well be a normal fast rate of fire hand cannon.

There is an artifact that reduces burn damage by a lot. So there goes your post.

You see, they have nerfed the crap out of thorn so we don't even know if its coming back in its full glory. Honestly I doubt it.
