I've been grinding heroic strikes for 3 weeks and I've only managed to get Jovian arms for my Titan. I'm not asking for huge increase in drop rate but after receiving dozens of legendary engrams, I would like few of them to be sublime instead. Another reason why drop rate should increase is Rahool can be a dick and gives you exotic or last year's gear instead.
