Never use explosive rounds and firefly, they cancel each other out.

I've been running outlaw instead, figured I didn't need crowd control. But interesting, I didn't know that.

When explosive rounds hit in the head, the crit damage is reduced and the body damage is counted second, so if the reduced crit damage doesn't kill the target, but the explosion does, it's counted as a body kill not a precision kill.
