Yo Bungie, reward more points for primary weapon kills!!!
If Bungie rewarded more points for primary kills, I believe that would encourage more use of primary weapons. At the moment, the meta is definitely to rush in with a shotgun whether you kill or trade kills. Since you can't penalize deaths because that would increase match times, increase points earned for primary kills. So when you trade with a shotgun rusher by using a handcannon for example, you end up with the better exchange and if that continues throughout the match their team will be at the point disadvantage.
Can't tell you how many times I was in a rumble match with a k/d ratio of 2.0 and still ended up losing to someone who ran around with a shotgun trading with everyone. And the worst part is that in the end, their k/d that was less than a 1.0?!?!

Or just reduce the points of non-primary weapon kills .

Also, Shaxx should totally announce special medals like [b]Sidekick [/b]and[b] Dead mans hand[/b] Not related, just something I want also involving crucible. :) I support your idea to.

If you get certain amount of primary kills, you should be granted a better chance at a specific loot drop in PVP

16 RepliesLose secondary ammo on death, only the person that picks up the secondary crate gets secondary ammo when you kill someone with secondary ammo you get what they had left. Problem fixed. And yes it's an evil plan

ToO is the reason all these nerfs are happening because XXX have killed them. PvP as a game mood need redesign because you can play with power weapons any time ((actually they encourage it)) My advice to you is join em until Bungie nerf it.

I hope they do something before RoI comes out but I doubt they will. This is the only FPS game I've ever played where your primary weapon is the weakest option in your arsenal.
