Crucible
For my scout rifles: 3rd eye. I find it crucial to always have my motion tracker in view.
For my Shotguns: I cant remember the name of it but i deal 25% more melee damage after causing damage with my weapon. Makes for a good 1-2 punch in tight confrontations.

I really appreciate third eye on a scout rifle , my hung jury uses it and it's so cool , I wish my iron banner scout would've had the same. I know the shotgun perk you're talking about, I just noticed it on one of mine. I haven't used it yet but it makes sense as a plus , especially the way I play my shotgun that follow up bonus damage would be key :)
