Game freezes during start up.
Ever since the patch I have had trouble getting the game to start. It freezes at the title screen and the only way to fix it is to completely reinstall the game. I've had to do this twice. Anyone else having this issue?

I am having the same issue. I just let it sit at title screen for 5 min and then it would finally load. Pretty whack

Try installing the game to your hard drive.
