Anyone else having a problem with chest piece engrams STAYING a chest piece?
I've been grinding ALL week for a legendary chest piece only to get 2 legendary chest engrams but both of them somehow turned into artifacts... Not even good artifacts either... I know posting this isnt going to help but im really pissed so im venting.

Every Engram Has a chance to turn in Strange Coins or Parts or artifacts Blues- Artifacts, Coins, Parts Purple- Artifacts Exotic- Poopy Weapons with that 1% chance it will be amazing
