Breaking News: Destiny not the only game with an RNG that hates the player!
Just a frustration vent, on my pc copy of Fallout 4 I've managed (via autosave loot locking) to secure a legendary feral ghoul who will always drop a minigun. I just can't get it to drop with the explosive perk. Here's a rundown of what it has dropped me...
Crippling 5
Exterminator's 1
Freezing 8
Ghoul Slayer's 8
Hunter's 6
Incendiary 7
Irradiated 6
Kneecapper 4
Lucky 3
Quickdraw 4
