Its definitely a possibility. Sound off below if you agree with OP and would like to see Thorn reprised in the future. Or if you disagree and want it to remain locked away in the Vault forever.

Actually ice breaker because people would sit in glich spots and camp, not actually engaging in fights. That was the only weapon that made sence not being brought up. Then again you can't camp in glich spots anymore so ya it probably can be brought up now.

No. It was nerfed to a shell of its former self. Then it got nerfed twice after that. It is now a glorified legendary that is out classed by and hand cannon with decent range and takes up your exotic slot.

Dude at least its better than The Last Word when it comes to range consistency and accuracy and ease of use.

... what? The TLW is a way better gun then thorn right now. Hell and did you use it back then. The last word isn't the noob toob of the glory days but it's still 1 of the most used guns. Play trials and you wount see anything but it on the high rounds. Ok mabey there will be a grasp or universal remote but that's it.

I'm talking about accuracy‚ range and consistency. Thorn is still better in that department than TLW. And for gods sake don't even give an opinion on a weapon you have ZERO knowledge about (TLW)

? Iv used the gun bro. TLW as of right now is a better weapon. Used correctly it's a good gun. Thorn is mediocre. You forgot phantom bullets and it phantoms every other shot as well. Thorn is 1 of the worst exotics in the game as of right now, it's right next to the vex and pocket infinity. Also necrochasom. It seems the year 1 exotics get nerfed more even though they are still year 1. The fusions stability buff for example saw vexs damage nerfed again.

I said when it comes to range‚ consistency(Thorn has way lesser Phantom Bullets) and and accuracy(range is linked to accuracy). And your 1000+ TLW kills are showing how an amateur you are with the weapon (sorry but no offense)

Ok. What are you some god with the gun? Damn do I need to hid my account so people don't go flipin out about shit that litterally makes no difference. 1000 kills with a gun is more then enough to know how the gun works, hell 100 is enough. God damn, let me guess you use the thorn daily too so you know exactly how the gun was pre buff, post buff and post nerf as well hu? You also must use the last word alot as well. What do you have 20000+ kills with each gun specifically? Btw thorn gets more phantoms at its intended range then TLW dose. What are you trying to do, map someone with TLW thorn could do it but you have to let the cone settle after each shot and it has a heavy recoil. [spoiler]also you are doing a great job at being a ass. Comparing the viability of the gun and how lackluster it is compared to other hand cannons over all. Not just the last word. I have a trash role elisluna that beats it. Barly but it still wins. The accuracy has only a small part to do in the over all performance of the weapon. Wile thorn has possible the longest range stat on it for hand cannons it's effective range is still bad. [/spoiler]

Id much rather see all y1 exotics itd make it way easier for me to finally get ice breaker the only y1 exotic i never got plus xur hasnt sold special engrams in a while
