So I've been wondering for a while since you don't actually have allies on the map that you can damage, why does this sight exist? I mean I'm fairly sure that everyone in this game already know who the enemies are so how does the highlighting part actually help? Overall, it doesn't help you figure out who your enemies are since everything on the map is pretty much your enemy.
I suggest the change to this would be that on invisible enemies - Once you shoot them while aiming down sights, you'll highlight the enemy that is invisible so that there will be a red outline around it(basically once you acquire knowledge of an invisible enemy, the scope will keep track of it). Otherwise it'll work like it normally does, highlight targets that aren't invisible. This way it'll actually help you out. Considering that this scope doesn't give handling or target acquisition the highlight should serve a useful purpose even if it is very situational.
Whether or not this should work in PvP is up to you you guys or the devs if they consider this idea. What do you guys think?
