My friend Rokr44 decided to make a forum discussing the Highest Squidder, a fan favorite hunter (A.K.A master race) cloak. He talks about how it is a fan favorite, but isn't useful and brings his light level down. I am going to elaborate on that and how to make it relevant and how to make it something guardians want. 1. Change it from a blue. This would make it relevant and useable in the current meta. 2. How to make it more visually appealing to fit a legendary or exotic cloak role. Fix the bottom to no longer be torn and ripped, this would make it visually appealing and not look like a worn and torn blue. Thanks @KAROBBO666. 3. Perks (If it was changed to an exotic). Exotic clearly have to have an exotic perk, that's what makes them special. Except for the MIDA, screw that gun. In light of that(lol), I was given the idea of a perk called High Light, which would proc when meleed. The perk would blind that opponent for one second giving you a chance to flee or get a strike in of your own. This perk is comparable to the ACD/0 feedback fence's exotic perk which damages enemies which meleed you. Since they are comparable the perk "The Life Exotic" would not be available due to balancing issues. Also, never forget our fallen comrade the squid pro quo.
