Xbox one upgrade FAIL
So I just got my Xbox one after my old friend 360 contracted red ring... so I read that I get a free upgrade to xbox one but.... it's still asking me for another $40 for the collectors edition. Now I am a year one player and bought the first expansion, and pre-ordered TTK collectors edition through the Microsoft. I called them and they said to ask you... but you have no phone number. So now I am writing this in hopes to get a response.

You can read about upgrading consoles here https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12122 Currently only The Dark Below and House of Wolves DLCs are eligible for a free upgrade. The Destiny base game and TTK DLC are not and will need to be purchased separately. The same goes for collectors edition digital content. The licenses for these items are platform specific and will not upgrade with you https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12233
