So I just got my Xbox one after my old friend 360 contracted red ring... so I read that I get a free upgrade to xbox one but.... it's still asking me for another $40 for the collectors edition. Now I am a year one player and bought the first expansion, and pre-ordered TTK collectors edition through the Microsoft. I called them and they said to ask you... but you have no phone number.
