Alchemists raiment does not increase sword ammo capacity
the raze lighter caps out at 81 whether or not i'm wearing the "carry more ammo for heavy weapons.

Considering swords have that scabbard you have to rank up I imagine it's on purpose so you can't push the ammo too far
