Make sure you've updated your app to the latest version. Recruitment is now located under the "more" tab as its own button and section. You can move the Recruitment button to your menu for quick access.

when on the "more" tab there is an edit button at the top. Select edit and it'll bring up a list of images, you can drag whatever you want down into your hot bar.

I just downloaded the latest app update. This is where bungie said the new recruitment section was "Recruitment works a little differently now. It has been moved from the forum menu to it's own section under Community". If it is in the more section then please change the notice bungie posted in the news section on the 20th of July.

Ah, in that he was referencing the website, then went on to mention that the apps will get updated later. I can see where that confusion can arise.
