To Whom It May Concern,
I ordered multiple items from the Bungie store from July 7th - July 11th, 2016, including the warlock figurine. At first I ordered the figurine with the poster and failed to read the disclaimer about any items ordered with the figurine would not get delivered until Q1 2017. I hit up the customer service page and inquired about whether the poster could be taken out of that order and put into a separate order. No response, to date. I have used the customer service "help" function multiple times, maybe a total of 7 inquiries. To date, no response; not even an acknowledgement, consolation, or a simple, "Hey we are overloaded here but we are working on your orders". What really upsets me is that people I play with online, all have received their orders in a matter of days. Can somebody please help me? I tried looking for a phone number and scoured through the Help forums on bungie.net but I have found nothing that will help my current situation. Below are my order that have still been unfulfilled to date:

Can't log in to my Bungie store account. Not receiving any email from the link "forgot password" .... What is wrong with the customer service and support. It is very sad. Waiting for a t-shirt I ordered last year! Greetings from Germany

The forums aren't actually linked to the Bungie store at all and we cannot assist you in this matter. We do know that orders are delayed by at least three weeks due to the high demand of sales and the MOT shirt itself is made to order so that can take longer. This is for orders from July 7th, so you're still in the three week window. You will need to continue to wait on their customer service email. http://bungiestore.com/pages/customer-service
