Raid heavy is tuff to beat to pve. Cocoon and taken bonus damage seal the deal for me. Get one with persistence and you will never go back 👍🏼

I've been wondering why no one ever talks about Objection IV- when I took it out and tested it, its combo of impact, fire rate and mag size (87 rounds), plus my roll of spray & play, make it a dps machine (far better than any other machine gun I have).

1 ReplyIn general, there is no better machine gun. The best machine gun for PvE (and PvP) depends on its base stats, which is mainly determined by the type of ballistics you have as well as your secondary modifier. It seems that soft ballistics and rifled barrel are the two best ones to have. This combination enables you to maximize range and stability while sacrificing only reload speed. Most machine guns are able to have high range and stability with these modifiers (such as Ruin Wake), but there are a few that are not able to meet such standards. Diluvian 10/4x and Quillum's Terminus are two such examples. Note: While Quillum's Terminus does not have as much range and stability as other potential machine guns, it can have a unique perk that enables health return after three quick kills. I would imagine this is the reason why it is popular.

I like to be on a constant run/killing spree, so I generally run with quilms, mainly because of cocoon. Shoot a full magazine, pull out primary/special, switch back to fully loaded mg.

The Variable, Zombie Apocalypse, or Baron's Ambition. The belt is too short on high-damage MGs (too much time wasted reloading and not enough reserve ammo) and high-rof MGs have always been pretty bad (possible exception of Super Good Advice).

Machine gun in pve? Quills Term from the raid or the sabre exclusive one isn't bad with the right perks. Other than that. In pve I use sword or a rocket tbh
