As far as the Crucible wins, you get points across all the permanent game playlists except Rift and including Doubles when it becomes available. You get 5 points for launching the game playlist for the very first time, then 5 points at 25 wins, 5 for 50 wins, and 5 for 100 wins. Upon coming up on 25, 50, and 100 wins, you will see notifications on the bottom of the screen when you are close to them. For example, you would see something along the lines of 20/25 wins, or 40/50 wins, or 90/100 wins. They are just there to remind you that you are close to the next score.
